Gen and her staff are amazing, from start to finish, she was great she answered all of my concerns as I was booking a double appointment for me and my 5 year old daughter. Her and her team were just what we needed for our mother daughter take down, I had a wig removal and wash and man it was heaven. My daughter was serviced with a braids/ plaits take down and wash and she ranked it a 10/10. We have an official takedown stylist now. Who knew 😇
