Went to someone else and they were pulling hard on my hair and on their phone not paying attention I had to stop midway.

I found take down stylist I was so grateful she obviously knew what she was doing and did not even take a look at her phone and customer service was amazing and she asked questions that showed me she was doing. Best experience ever a true professional her having long hair shows me she knows how to take care of black somehow hair and not just playing around

Gen and her staff are amazing, from start to finish, she was great she answered all of my concerns as I was booking a double appointment for me and my 5 year old daughter. Her and her team were just what we needed for our mother daughter take down, I had a wig removal and wash and man it was heaven. My daughter was serviced with a braids/ plaits take down and wash and she ranked it a 10/10. We have an official takedown stylist now. Who knew 😇
